Azerbaijani expert, who was previously deported from Russia, propose to strike with Grad the positions of Russia, which is carrying out a peacekeeping mission in the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh. And not just in terms of positions – but right during the Victory parade, which the Russian peacekeepers will hold in Stepanakert on Victory Day, May 9.
