A passenger on the Moscow-Antalya flight opened the emergency exit hatch as he could not stand the stuffiness inside the plane.
The air conditioning system onboard failed, and the flight was greatly delayed. Passengers sat for two hours in a closed space, abundantly warmed up by the heat weather in Moscow.
But there was a hero, who rushed to the escape hatch, opened it, and the system released an inflatable gangway. However, he did not expect this.
The company had to replace the plane. Now the airline wants to recover damages from him for the flight delay and aircraft replacement.
