According to unconfirmed information on social media the video was taken of a vehicle convoy of President-elect Joe Biden on his way to Capitol Hill. The video can be found from several sources. Let’s see how most of the U.S. National Guard soldiers assembled along the street demonstrate, turning their backs to the new chief of the armed forces.
