Italians Angry After Ukrainian Neo-Nazi Supporters Included Into Liberation Day Parade [Video]

The inclusion of supporters of the Azov Battalion in this year’s march commemorating the end of fascism in Italy aroused local fury and international outrage, but organizers were indifferent.

Tensions erupted in Milan on Monday as a group of Ukrainian government supporters was allowed to march in the annual Liberation Day march commemorating the defeat of fascism in Italy, carrying NATO flags and banners with the neo-Nazi emblem of the notorious Azov Batallion.

“NATO, get out, of the march!” a group of enraged onlookers can be seen throwing expletives at the ‘Nazi sympathizers’.

According to reports, many in the Milan march were apparently uninformed of the Azov Battalion’s Nazi sympathies. Those who did apparently had no problems about marching alongside those displaying Nazi emblems, which the Azov’s Battalion’s black sun/wolfsangel design is basically entirely made up of.

Despite widespread and enthusiastic collaboration by Ukrainian nationalists with the Third Reich, which resulted in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Jews and Poles, Ukrainian flags have been a common element of Liberation Day festivities across Italy this week.

EU Warns Elon Musk Over Twitter: “These are our rules”

The EU issued a threat to Musk, reminding him that his ‘rules’ will not apply in their territory, as new Twitter owner Elon Musk highlighted that censorship fanatics had shown a “extreme antibody reaction” to the thought of free expression returning to the network.

Thierry Breton, the EU commissioner for the internal market, stated in an interview with The Financial Times that Musk’s Twitter will be compelled to comply with EU digital standards or face large fines and even a ban across the union.

“We welcome everyone. We are open but on our conditions,” Breton declared. “At least we know what to tell him: ‘Elon, there are rules. You are welcome but these are our rules. It’s not your rules which will apply here,’” the EU commissioner added.

“Anyone who wants to benefit from this market will have to fulfill our rules,” Breton continued. “The [Twitter] board will have to make sure that if it operates in Europe it will have to fulfill the obligations, including moderation, open algorithms, freedom of speech, transparency in rules, obligations to comply with our own rules for hate speech, revenge porn [and] harassment.”

“If [Twitter] does not comply with our law,” Breton warned, “there are sanctions — 6 per cent of the revenue and, if they continue, banned from operating in Europe,” he further threatened.

According to the Financial Times, Breton was a key architect of the EU’s Digital Services Act, which will require social media companies to show how they are moderating anything that contradicts the EU narrative on their platforms to unelected EU bureaucrat regulators.

Twitter has gone on internal lockdown in order to prevent woke employees from taking revenge in response to Elon Musk’s takeover of the company.

In light of Elon Musk‘s purchase of Twitter, the company has imposed an internal lockdown to prevent woke staff from taking revenge, according to Yahoo Finance.

Leftists reacted with their typical hysterical moral grandstanding and empty threats to leave the platform after Musk completed his $44 billion purchase of the social media network.

However, the firm is concerned about the internal reaction, fearing that in response to Musk’s purchase, enraged, awake staff would have performative hissy fits that will hurt the platform.

In order to prevent any collateral damage, Twitter has disabled all changes except “business-critical” updates.

“Product changes will require approval from a vice president,” reports Yahoo Finance. “Twitter imposed the temporary ban to keep employees who may be miffed about the deal from “going rogue,” according to one of the people.”

The report notes that many employees are “agitated” about what Musk plans to do with the company. Leftists are also concerned that major banned figures such as Donald Trump would return to the platform.

Musk previously stated that Twitter’s return to being a true public square for freedom of expression is “extremely important for the future of civilization.”

Meanwhile, Twitter users begin to complain about the limitation they start to face. For the first time in history, Editor-in-Chief, Janus Putkonen, has been banned on Twitter.

Twitter Forced To Deal Talks with Musk

Twitter began talks with billionaire Elon Musk on Sunday in response to his $43 billion purchase offer winning support from the company’s shareholders.

Twitter Inc (TWTR.N) began talks with Elon Musk on Sunday after he wooed several of the social media company’s shareholders with financial details on his $43 billion purchase offer, according Reuters.

Though the discussions do not guarantee that Twitter will accept Musk’s $54.20 per share offer, they do indicate that the social media business is open to selling to Musk if an appealing price is offered.

According to one of the sources, Twitter wants to learn more about any ongoing investigations into Musk by regulators, including the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), that could threaten the deal’s completion.

According to the insider, Twitter is also looking into whether regulators in any of its major markets would object to Musk owning the company. According to the sources, if Twitter determines that selling to Musk is risky, it may demand a large break-up fee.

Following Musk’s offer, the social media business installed a poison pill to prevent him from boosting his more than 9% ownership in the company above 15% without first negotiating an agreement with the board. Musk has responded by proposing to launch a tender offer in order to gain Twitter shareholder backing for his bid.

The final price would be determined primarily by the shareholders, many of whom are long-term shareholders seeking a higher price, while the rest are short-term investors pleased with Musk’s present offer.

If no progress is made in the negotiations, a tender offer may be made. Such a move would enlist the support of all shareholders who want to take Musk’s deal, putting Twitter in an unpleasant situation with its shareholders by forcing it to choose between their interests and those of the Twitter board.

Missing blogger found after being arrested by Ukrainians forces [Video]

Gonzalo Lira has reappeared alive and well. He had been arrested by Ukrainian authorities but since released. Earlier, the media reported that he disappeared in Kharkov. He cannot disclose the reasons for the incident.

International concern forced the Ukrainian Security Service to show that American-Chilean reporter Gonzalo Lira, whom the nationalists detained on April 15, is alive. Previously, contact with Gonzalo was lost for some days as he allegedly was taken hostage by the Ukrainian security forces.

However, he doesn’t have access to his computer and phone, as well as the access to his social media accounts. He has also mentioned that he can’t say anything publicly, and not allowed to leave Kharkov.

“Physically I’m okay. I don’t have anything that I can say publicly other than I’m okay. I’m still in Kharkov, and for the time being I can’t leave,” said the reporter in the video.

Previously, American-Chilean YouTuber, journalist, and filmmaker Gonzalo Lira, who has also become a war blogger, has gained a lot of attention. Gonzalo travelled to Ukraine to document the war and share information about the conflict.

The Facebook founder is one of 29 US officials, businesspeople, and journalists who have been banned by Moscow. They are banned from entering Russia indefinitely.

Moscow has sanctioned 29 US citizens, including Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and Vice President Kamala Harris, in response to US sanctions against Russian government officials and their families. They have an indefinite ban on entering Russia, RT reports.

The Russian Foreign Ministry announced on Thursday that “executives, businessmen, experts, and journalists who shape the Russophobic agenda, as well as the spouses of a number of high-ranking officials” are being barred in response to anti-Russian sanctions affecting families of officials, scientists, cultural, and business figures.

Along with Zuckerberg, LinkedIn CEO Ryan Roslansky, as well as the presidents and CEOs of military industry giants Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics, L3 Harris Technologies, Leidos, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Aerojet Rocketdyne have been blacklisted by Moscow. Huntington Ingalls Industries, a shipbuilder, and AeroVironment, a drone manufacturer, have also been sanctioned. On the blacklist were also the director of the Mitchell Institute of Aerospace Studies and the president of Bank of America.

Russia also sanctioned US politicians and their spouses, starting with Vice President Kamala Harris and her husband Doug Emhoff, White House Chief of Staff Ronald Klein, State Department spokesman Ned Price, Pentagon spokesman John Kirby, Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen Hicks, vice-chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Christopher W. Grady, and the deputy health secretary, listed as “Richard/Rachel Levine.”

Evan Ryan, the wife of Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and Margaret Goodlander, the wife of National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan, were also listed in the Russian sanctions. The list of sanctioned spouses is completed by Robert Kagan, husband of Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland.

German Media Lies That Muslim Riots in Sweden Were “Right Wing Demonstrations”

When violent riots erupted in Sweden, usually involving Muslim migrants, German media outlets blamed the unrest on “right-wing demos.”

Over the past week, violent domestic disturbance has arisen in several Swedish towns and cities, resulting in the injuries of 26 police officers over the Easter weekend. During the rampage, mobs of Muslim migrant teenagers set fire to police vehicles and threw stones at police, with some screaming “Allahu Akbar.”

According to the Associated Press, Swedish authorities said the riots targeted police and were organized by “criminal gangs,” a euphemism for Muslim migrant youths.

In Sweden’s cities, Muslim youths often stage riots in response to the arrest of violent criminals. In 2020, there were also large-scale riots.

The riots, however, were allegedly staged by shadowy right-wing radicals, according to German media.

In Malmo, according to ZDF, there were “riots at right-wing demos.”

“After the approval of right-wing rallies, there were riots again in Sweden during the night,” states the article, with no mention that the police were actually being attacked by Muslim gangs.

“To the uninformed reader, the riots actually involved right-wing extremists attacking police,” reports ReMix News.

“The article seems to be an attempt by the ZDF to downplay the role of Muslims in yet another public disturbance in the already highly-troubled immigrant neighborhoods in Swedish cities,” the reports states.

“In Sweden, there were violent protests in several cities on Saturday evening and Sunday night after a right-wing extremist party was allowed to hold rallies,” Tagesschau reported, downplaying Muslim migrants’ role in the riots.

The five-star Premier Palace Hotel in Ukraine’s capital has been accused of having “close ties to Russia.” In a video leaked online, Ukrainian nationalists ask the hotel manager for legal information about the hotel owners, accusing the hotel of having close ties to Russia.

The manager is trying to establish who exactly demands the papers and on what grounds they require documents.

Previously, on April 1, Ukrainian parliament approved a law on the nationalization of the property of Russians, as well as citizens of other countries closely associated with Russia, who approve of the actions of Russian forces in Ukraine.

The regulation also applies to companies that operate in Ukraine, but whose beneficiary is Russia, or in which the Russian Federation directly or indirectly owns a share in the capital.

Ukrainian soldiers: We had Orders to Shoot, Whether It Was a Civilian or Not [Video]

Surrendered Ukrainian National Guard soldiers are filmed describing how the leadership ordered them the execution of people in one of the towns in Donbass region, however, they refused to obey the order.

Servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine who surrendered told how the leadership ordered the execution of civilians in Rubezhnoye, a town in the Donbass region that is partially controlled by the militia of Lugansk People’s Republic.

“At some point, people were brought there, there were both women and men … The people who were brought were with white bandages, they were residents of Rubizhnoye. They put everyone in front of us, we were ordered to shoot them all,” one of the servicemen said.

The captured soldiers of Ukrainian National Guard stated that they refused this terrible order because they cannot shoot civilians. According to them, they were put in a pit, and guards were assigned to them from among those who brought the civilians for execution. However, they were not among the National Guard and not the Ukrainian forces.

‘Russian Mobile Crematorium’ Tweet Has Been Taken From 8-year-Old YouTube Video

The image of a Russian-operated’mobile crematorium’ in Mariupol is taken from an 8-year-old YouTube video, according to a viral tweet that has gone unchecked by “fact checkers.”

NEXTA, a news organization with nearly a million Twitter followers, posted the tweet. The tweet has nearly 11,000 likes and over 7,000 retweets.

“Mobile crematoria in #Mariupol,” states the tweet. “Mayor of Mariupol Vadim Boychenko said today that #Russian mobile crematoria have started operating in the city.”

“According to him, tens of thousands of people could have died in Mariupol and the cremation, “covering up the traces of crimes”.

Except the’mobile crematorium’ is a screenshot from an 8-year-old YouTube video, as revealed by a simple reverse image search.

The so-called “fact checkers” have still yet to reply, and Twitter hasn’t put a “warning label” to the message informing users that it is fake news.

Since the same debunked claim about “mobile crematoriums” was made at the start of the war, Twitter users pointed out that this is recycled propaganda.

Twitter Bans Former CIA Intelligence Officer Over Ukraine [Tweet]

Twitter bans former CIA intelligence officer and former UN weapons inspector Scott Ritter and says he violated “targeted harassment” rule.

On Wednesday, Twitter “permanently suspended” former CIA intelligence officer Scott Ritter, accusing him of participating in prohibited behavior by questioning Ukrainian authorities’ allegations that Russian soldiers massacred civilians in Bucha, near Kiev.

Ritter is best known for challenging US claims about Iraqi weapons of mass destruction, which were used as a pretext for the 2003 invasion by Washington.

“So apparently I’ve been suspended from Twitter for the crime of challenging the orthodox narrative of the so-called Bucha massacre,” Ritter said on his Telegram channel, sharing a screenshot of the message he received from the Big Tech platform.

“I’ve appealed, so who knows what the future will bring,” Ritter said, adding that “Freedom of speech in America today is an endangered concept.”

According to the screenshot, Twitter’s censors decided that Ritter had violated their rules against “harassment and abuse” by claiming that Ukrainian police had committed crimes against humanity in Bucha and were attempting to blame Russia with the support of the US.

Ritter’s tweet did not call for abuse or harassment, nor did it threaten anybody with physical harm, according to Shadowproof journalist Kevin Gosztola, who said that his ban “shows how Twitter Rules can be twisted to silence US foreign policy critics.”

According to Gosztola, the rules were recently modified to include “denying mass casualty events took place,” but Ritter had not done so.

Ukrainian Soldiers Were Recorded Brutally Attacking People [Video]

On Tuesday, footage on Ukrainian social media appeared to show uniformed men abusing and harassing captives. The mayor of the city, near where the incidents occurred, justified the violence, characterizing the detainees as “criminal bosses” who had previously attacked members of the region’s militia.

Two separate videos show armed soldiers dressed in military fatigues brutally arresting men dressed in civilian clothes. The soldiers are wearing blue armbands similar to those worn by Ukrainian military to indicate their allegiance, RT reports.

In one video, soldiers are seen kicking and punching a man who is standing with his legs spread and bowing down, blood visible. The offenders then shift their attention to another man, who has a bleeding face and pants that appear to be stained with urine, for which they insult him.

The soldiers interrogated the detainees, asking if they respected the military and whether they were criminals. The standing man could be heard shouting “glory to Ukraine” and denying any guilt, clearly terrified.

The second video shows a dozen uniformed men brutally assaulting at least four men who are laying on the ground while handcuffing them. The troops may be seen kicking the heads of some of their detainees. One of the detainees looks to be wearing the same blue coat as one of the men in the first video.

The mayor of Dnepr, Boris Filatov, confirmed on social media that the video of the beatings was real, and that it showed SBU commandos making arrests in Pavlograd. He didn’t post the videos to his account because he was afraid of being banned if he did.

He claimed the people targeted were “criminal bosses” who reportedly harmed civilians and beat up members of Ukraine’s Territorial Guard militias. Boris Filatov observed that the “thugs literally pissed their pants when the guys got tough on them.”

The arrest, according to the official, served as a good warning to “every looter, criminal, and degenerate” that punishment was inevitable.
